Atlantis Niagara Angelo Rossi Cabernet Franc 2011:
light amber, eye of the partridge colour; intense, licorice wood and dried apricot nose; full-bodied, off-dry, dried peach and dried apricot flavours; heavy on the palate. Unlike any Cabernet Franc I’ve ever tasted! (86)

Note from the Winemaker...
Keep in mind that this wine was reviewed less than 4 weeks after bottling...this wine will only get better month after month for at least the next 5 years....a true collectors item !

Jason & Brenna - Jan. 2011

Recieved a bottle of "Red Ice" as a wedding gift, what a beautiful pleasant icewine.

I have already told some friends this is a must have for a dinner party.

Thanks and keep up the great work.
